My name is Gabrielle Jeannette Noga, I go by jeannette. I am an Artist of many mediums ranging anywhere from textile arts to stop motion animation. I love all things old and am deeply inspired by traditional crafts of all backgrounds and cultures, PARTICULARLY weaving and beadwork. Painting and drawing were my first loves. i regularly have vivid dreams, a family trait, and draw from them. Travel has always been a muse. I have been fortunate enough to travel quite a bit internationally and in the States, both alone and with My Husband. My late maternal grandparents will always have great influence in my work. I am the namesake of my Grandmother Jeannette and my Grandfather Anthony was an accomplished artist. i sign my paintings with the last name “Longo” in his same style to honor him. Longo is in my blood and it is my history. i live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and i feel an immense gratitude for our adventurous life together and his support, and for the support, love and unyielding encouragement of my friends and family. i’m always looking forward to travel and in the meantime i’m happy and thankful to be creating amidst the trees of a small town .
